Comuvia Accountant — Terms of use

End-user license agreement. Effective 17 September 2026.

About Comuvia Accountant

Authorized use

Comuvia LLC permits its authorized operators to use Comuvia Accountant for the company's internal accounting analysis. This permission is limited, non-transferable and may be withdrawn by Comuvia. The application is not offered as a public accounting service.

Use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. Protect login credentials and connection tokens, and follow applicable Intuit terms. Do not share access or attempt to bypass the application's controls.

Scope and responsibility

The current connector retrieves accounting data without creating, changing or deleting QuickBooks records. It does not make payments or submit tax returns.

Analysis, including AI-generated analysis, may be incomplete or incorrect. Authorized operators must check source records before making accounting, payment or tax decisions. The application does not replace professional accounting or tax advice, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Privacy, ending access and support

Data handling is described in the privacy notice. An authorized administrator may end the connection using the disconnect instructions. Ending access does not itself delete retained accounting records.

Questions about these terms or the application can be sent through Comuvia's contact form. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
