About the application

Comuvia Accountant helps authorized Comuvia LLC operators review the company's QuickBooks Online records, investigate contractor payments and compare business expenses with internal cost reports.

The current connector reads accounting records. It does not create, change or delete them, make payments, or file tax returns. Intuit's accounting authorization can cover broader permissions; the connector enforces the current read-only scope.

Access is managed internally. This public page provides information and support; it does not display company accounting records.

Connect or reconnect

Connection is arranged by Comuvia's application administrator. An authorized company administrator signs in through Intuit's authorization process, selects the intended QuickBooks company and approves access.

To arrange connection or restore access, contact Comuvia and mention "Comuvia Accountant." Do not send passwords, authorization codes or tokens through the contact form.

Disconnect

In QuickBooks Online, open Integrations → Manage integrations, find Comuvia Accountant, choose Disconnect and complete Intuit's confirmation steps. If the interface differs, follow Intuit's disconnect instructions.

Disconnecting removes the application's ongoing access. It does not automatically erase reports or accounting records already retained by Comuvia. For data requests, see the privacy notice or contact Comuvia. Visiting this page alone does not disconnect an account.
