Privacy
How Comuvia LLC handles the information you share when you visit this site or contact us about a production engagement. Effective 2026-05-20.

What this site collects
Comuvia keeps data collection narrow on purpose. Three categories cover everything.
Server logs
Standard HTTP request logs (IP, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). Retained for operational debugging and capacity planning. Not used to identify individuals.
Email you send
When you write to the contact form or use the intake form, the contents are read, kept while an engagement is active, and archived afterwards for record-keeping. Email is not shared with third parties.
No third-party trackers
No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics. The site counts page views first-party: on each page load the browser sends the page path and the referring site's domain to Comuvia's own infrastructure. No cookies, no user identifiers, no IP address retained, no third parties involved.
Comuvia Apps (platform integrations)
Comuvia's publishing applications connect to YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta APIs to publish and measure Comuvia's own content. Their data practices — including platform-specific revocation and deletion routes — are covered by the separate [Comuvia Apps privacy policy](/privacy-policy).
Your rights
Standard data-subject rights apply. The same email channel handles every request.
Deletion
Email the contact form with subject line "Privacy request" and we will confirm deletion of your message and related correspondence within 30 days.
Access and correction
Same channel, same subject line. You can request a copy of any record we hold about you, and ask for corrections to be made.
Jurisdiction
Comuvia LLC operates from the United States. Requests under GDPR, CCPA, and comparable regimes are honored through the same channel.
